The Chinese New Year (“CNY”) Redemptions campaign is open to all Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) customers aged 18 and above, including employees and immediate family members of City Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“AK Management”).
The CNY Redemptions campaign is from 10 January – 15 February 2022. Only transactions made during this period will be entertained.
To be eligible to participate in this redemption campaign, customers MUST sign up for an AK Neighbours Card (if they are not already an AK Neighbours Cardholder).
AK customers may redeem:
One (1) set of exclusive AK Ang Pow Packets (upon spend of RM138 & above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day in Avenue K Shopping Mall); OR
One (1) AK Good Fortune Set (upon spend of RM238 & above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day in Avenue K Shopping Mall).
AK customers are limited to three (3) redemptions daily.
Redemption of AK Ang Pow Packets and Good Fortune Sets is on a first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.
To be eligible to participate, only nett purchases made using cash/debit/credit/e-wallets are considered as total amount spent. Purchases made using gift/cash vouchers will not be considered/counted as total amount spent.
AK tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this redemption campaign, neither are they allowed to redeem on behalf of their customers.
AK customers are not allowed to redeem on behalf of other customers, even if they are family members.
Only original POS-system generated receipts from stores in AK will be accepted for redemption. AK Management has the right to request for proof of purchase.
Credit card charge slips, hand-written, duplicate or re-printed receipt(s) will not be accepted for redemption.
Bill payment for subscriptions, bank services, courier services, money changer, membership renewal fees, class sign-ups, consultation and purchase of gift vouchers will not be entertained
All receipts must be verified by AK Management at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G from 10am to 10pm daily. AK customers who come in after the above stipulated time and date will not be entertained.
Torn or damaged receipts shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by AK Management.
AK Management shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to redeem due to receipt(s) that are not received and/or verified or for any other reason. By participating in this redemption, all AK customers are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
Vouchers are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services. Vouchers are subject to the Terms & Conditions set by AK Management. AK Management reserves all rights to replace the vouchers with other items of similar value without any prior notice.
AK Management has the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
By participating in this redemption campaign, AK customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
