AVENUE K EXCLUSIVE MID-AUTUMN REDEMPTION I 1 – 29 SEPTEMBER 2023

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) A LUNAR GRANDEUR CAMPAIGN is open to all AK customers aged 18 and above, INCLUDING AK tenants, AK employees, and their immediate family members. This redemption is only valid for transactions made between 1 – 29 September 2023.
2. To be eligible to participate in this campaign, customers MUST sign up Avenue K Mobile App (formally known as The Neighbours Card).
3. AK customers are entitled to redeem;

AK EXCLUSIVE MID-AUTUMN REDEMPTION

• Spend RM250 and above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day in Avenue K Shopping Mall to redeem two (2) pieces of Premium Durian Mooncakes.
  • Customer to proceed to Avenue K Information Counter, Level G to claim the redemption voucher.
  • Limited to one (1) redemption per customer throughout the campaign period.

4. Strictly NO prize delivery service available to all winners.
5. AK EXCLUSIVE MID-AUTUMN REDEMPTION is on a first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.
6. Receipt Eligibility – One receipt entitles for one (1) redemption only.
7. To be eligible to participate, only nett purchases made using cash/debit/credit/e-wallets considered as total amount spent.
8. AK App Points – Any purchase at A Lunar Grandeur Mid-Autumn promo booths is not entitled to earn points at AK mobile app.
9. AK Tenants & Mid Autumn Booth vendors HKbay, Duria, Jiu Ji Gong, Oversea, Yu Ai , LKT and GPR I store – Strictly not allowed to redeem on behalf of their customers.
10. AK Tenants – Strictly not allowed to redeem using the receipts from their own outlet.
11. AK customers are not allowed to redeem on behalf of other customers, even if they are family members.
12. Only original printed/digital receipt from stores in AK is accepted for redemption. AK Management reserves the right to request proof of purchase.
13. Credit card charge slips, hand-written, duplicate, or re-printed receipt(s) are not accepted for redemption.
14. Bill payment for subscriptions and utilities, bank services, membership renewal fees, class sign-ups, consultations, purchase of gift vouchers, and e-wallet reload/Top-up will not be entertained.
15. All receipts will be verified by AK Management at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G from 10am to 10pm daily. AK customers who come in after the above stipulated time and date will not be entertained.
16. Torn or damaged receipts shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by AK Management.
17. AK Management shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to redeem due to receipt(s) that are not received and/or verified or for any other reason. By participating in this redemption, all AK customers are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
18. Redemption items are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services.
19. AK Management reserves the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
20. By participating in this redemption campaign, AK customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR A LUNAR GRANDEUR MEMORIES: SHOW US YOUR BEST/CREATIVE SHOT FACEBOOK CONTEST

1. FOR A LUNAR GRANDEUR MEMORIES: SHOW US YOUR BEST/CREATIVE SHOT FACEBOOK CONTEST is open to all Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) Facebook Followers, including employees and immediate family members of City Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“AK Management”) as well as AK tenants and their staff.
2. To participate, you must do the following:
   Step 1: Like & Follow Avenue K Shopping Mall’s Facebook @avenuekmy

Step 2: Comment on the post with a photo of you along with AK Giant Moon and tag three (3)            friends.

Step 3: Share this posting and hashtag #AKMidAutumn2023 #AKALUNARGRANDEUR   #AKGiantMoon #AvenueKMY #MakeFriendsCreateTrends

3. Participation is limited to one (1) contest entry per Facebook account holder only. Participant must set his/her Facebook privacy setting to Public.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate.
5. Participation period for “A LUNAR GRANDEUR MEMORIES: SHOW US YOUR BEST/CREATIVE SHOT FACEBOOK CONTEST” starting from 1 to 29 September 2023. Submission made after 29 September 2023, 11.59 pm onwards will not be entertained. AK Management will not be held responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate.
6. Winner’s announcement will be made on 6 October 2023 via Avenue K Shopping Mall’s Facebook Page @AvenueKMY.
7. Upon the announcement, winners are required to contact AK Marketing Department via private message on AK’s official Facebook page along with their details (Facebook account name, Full Name (as per IC), Malaysian IC No./Passport No., Mobile Number and Email Address) for verification purposes.
8. If a winner fails to provide the required details within the stipulated period (three (3) days), AK Management reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
9. Three (3) winners will be selected randomly and rewarded with amazing prize worth RM300.
10. Prize Collection: Winners must collect their prize from 9 – 15 October 2023 at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G from 10am – 10pm.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
12. Prizes are to be collected in person with valid proof of identification. Failure to redeem the prize or to produce the required documents for identification within the deadline stipulated by AK Management will result in the prize being automatically forfeited.
13. Any violation of any of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
14. AK Management strictly does not offer prize delivery services for winners and AK Management reserves the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
15. AK Management reserves the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
16. By participating in this contest, participants are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
17. By participating in this contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein.
