TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MID-YEAR SPLURGE CAMPAIGN

1. Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) MID-YEAR SPLURGE CAMPAIGN is open to all AK customers aged 18 and above, EXCLUDING AK tenants, AK employees, and their immediate family members. This redemption is only valid for transactions made between 5 May 2023 – 2 July 2023.
2. To be eligible to participate in this redemption campaign, customers MUST sign up AK Neighbours Card or AK Tourist Card (if they are not AK Neighbours Cardholder).
3. AK customers are entitled to play AK Exclusive Claw Machine upon:

• Spend RM500 and above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day to play AK Exclusive Claw Machine for 20 seconds.
• Limited to one (1) game per customer daily (maximum of three (3) trials per game).

4. Winners – Limited to 25 winners per day.
5. Prize Delivery Service – Strictly not available to all winners.
6. Prize Collection – Winners must collect their prize within five (5) days from the winning date. Prizes are to be collected in person with valid proof of identification. Failure to redeem the prize or to provide the required documents for identification within the deadline stipulated by AK Management will result in the prize being automatically forfeited.
7. Prize Warranty (ONLY applies to electrical appliances) – Winners must contact the respective brands as stated inside the warranty card. The condition of the prizes as it is upon collection.

9. Redemptions of MID-YEAR SPLURGE CAMPAIGN is on a first-come, first-served basis. While stocks last.
10. Receipt Eligibility – One receipt entitles for one (1) redemption only.
11. Participants who failed to win the prizes from the claw machine will be given a Mystery Gift.
12. To be eligible to participate, only nett purchases made using cash/debit/credit/e-wallets considered as total amount spent.
13. AK Tenants – Strictly not allowed to participate in this redemption campaign, nor allowed to redeem on behalf of their customers.
14. AK customers are not allowed to redeem on behalf of other customers, even if they are family members.
15. Only original printed/digital receipt from stores in AK is accepted for redemption. AK Management reserves the right to request proof of purchase.
16. Credit card charge slips, hand-written, duplicate, or re-printed receipt(s) are not accepted for redemption.
17. Bill payment for subscriptions and utilities, bank services, membership renewal fees, class sign-ups, consultations, purchase of gift vouchers, and e-wallet reload/Top-up will not be entertained.
18. All receipts will be verified by AK Management at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G from 10am to 10pm daily. AK customers who come in after the above stipulated time and date will not be entertained.
19. Torn or damaged receipts shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by AK Management.
20. AK Management shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to redeem due to receipt(s) that are not received and/or verified or for any other reason. By participating in this redemption, all AK customers are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
21. Redemption items are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services.
22. AK Management has the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
23. By participating in this redemption campaign, AK customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
