Spend RM 200 & above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day at any store in AK to redeem an EXCLUSIVE AK TOTE BAG.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXCLUSIVE AK TOTE BAG REDEMPTION
1. This redemption is open to all Avenue K Shopping Mall (“AK”) Neighbours Cardmembers, including employees and immediate family members of City Properties Sdn Bhd (“AK Management”) and staff of tenants in AK.
2. AK Neighbours Cardmembers may redeem one (1) AK tote bag with spend of RM200 and above in a maximum of two (2) combined receipts on the same day from any store in AK.
3. Each AK Neighbours Cardmember is only entitled to redeem one (1) AK tote bag.
4. AK customers are not allowed to redeem on behalf of other customers, even if they are family members.
5. AK tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this redemption campaign, neither are they allowed to redeem on behalf of their customers.
6. This redemption is only valid for transactions made at any store in AK from 15 February 2020 onwards.
7. Only original POS-system generated receipts from stores in AK will be accepted for redemption. Credit card charge slips, hand-written, duplicate or reprinted receipt(s) will not be accepted for redemption.
9. All receipts must be verified by AK Management at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G from 10 am to 10 pm daily. AK Neighbours Cardmembers who come in after the stipulated time and date will not be entertained.
10. AK Management shall not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to redeem due to receipt(s) that are not received and/or verified or for any other reason. By participating in this redemption campaign, all AK customers are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
11. Redemption items are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods and/or services. Redemption items are subject to the Terms & Conditions set by AK Management.
12. AK Management reserves all rights to replace the redemption items with other items of similar value without any prior notice.
13. AK Neighbours Cardmembers are required to present their AK Neighbours Card upon redemption and AK Management will be committed to protect shoppers’ privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”).
15. By participating in this redemption campaign, AK Neighbours Cardmembers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
