Rolling into the festive season with a touch of oriental! For this Dragon Year 2024, Award Winning Chef Fifi Leong has crafted not just something for the palate but a 5-Course feast for this festive season.
Start of with salmon prosperity Yee Sang, a colourful salad consists of carrot, radish, purple cabbage, kyuri cucumber, coriander, marinated seaweed, kaffir lime leaves and pomelo sacs. Drizzle with special blend yuzu plum sauce on salmon sashimi, toss to enjoy this refreshing starter.
Then be pampered by a bowl of heartwarming Teochew fish maw soup, loaded with flavourful crabmeat and scallops in delicious soup broth.

We serve lotus leaf chicken with cordyceps flower and roasted mentaiko large tiger prawn.
