TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. “Avenue K’s Spin The Wheel Challenge” (“Challenge”) is organised by City Properties Sdn Bhd (“AK Management”) and is open to all nationalities aged 18 and above as long as you are a resident in Malaysia.
2. Participation Period: 1-31 December 2021 or until the vouchers are fully awarded (whichever comes first).
3. AK Management reserves the right upon giving prior notice of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days to change the duration and/or commencement and/or expiry dates of the participation period.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate, but you must register your details first, i.e. Name, Mobile Number and Email Address, before proceeding to spin the wheel.
5. Participants are limited to one (1) attempt per unique Mobile Number and Email Address submitted.
6. Participants are responsible for ensuring their Mobile Number, and Email Address as provided is correct. AK Management will not be held responsible for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss flowing there from) suffered, including the loss for any failure to fulfil the delivery of the Prizes (if applicable), in the event the Participant’s Mobile Number and/or Email Address is incorrect.
7. Participants can win a maximum of one (1) Voucher (“Prize”) throughout the participation period.
8. The Prizes are offered and/or provided solely by the relevant merchant, under such Terms & Conditions as determined by such merchant. AK Management accepts no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including the third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with the Prizes, even if AK Management has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
9. AK Management makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the Prize.
10. Furthermore, AK Management will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage resulting from using the Prize.
11. The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Prizes are subject to availability, and AK Management reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
12. Prizes are to be collected in person with valid proof of identification. Failure to redeem the Prize or to produce the required documents for identification within the deadline stipulated by AK Management will result in the Prize being automatically forfeited.
13. All Congratulatory Emails must be verified by AK Management at the Avenue K Information Counter, Level G, from 10am to 10pm daily. Prize winners who come in after the above stipulated time will not be entertained.
14. AK Management strictly does not offer Prize delivery services for winners, and AK Management reserves the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
15. AK Management reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participants that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms & Conditions.
16. By participating in this Challenge, participants are deemed to have agreed to any and every form of publicity.
17. By participating in this Challenge, the participants hereby agree that AK Management shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or held responsible to the participants if AK Management is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations herein, attributable directly or indirectly to the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system, transmission line, electrical failure, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, any act of God beyond AK Management’s control or due to any factor in nature of a force majeure which is beyond AK Management’s reasonable control.
18. AK Management has the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
19. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants as a direct or indirect result of such amendment of the Terms & Conditions herein.
20. Any violation of any of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
21. By participating in this Challenge, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein as well as consented to Avenue K’s Privacy Notice which can be found at avenuek.com.my and agree that all of AK Management’s decisions on all matters relating to the Challenge shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
