The hamburg is hand-crafted fresh every morning and teppan-grilled to order in the open kitchen, conveying the luscious succulence of Shimomura Wagyu, which has earned first place in Japan’s top wagyu championship for 10 consecutive years.
The patties start from RM39, with Kenkori egg and a free refill of rice and miso soup. You can choose your preferred doneness of the hamburg, with the hot plate keeping it warm. For extra indulgence, cheese-blanketed patties are also available!
